This project adopts the Nijhuis high-speed dissolved air flotation equipment from the Netherlands, which has significant advantages:

1. Strong processing capacity: 0-500m 3/h (single unit).

2. Wide applicability: Suitable for the treatment of various industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, seawater desalination, river water intake, etc.

3. High processing load: The hydraulic load design can reach up to 45m 3/㎡/h.

4. Small footprint: Adopting a unique built-in inclined plate separation design, the footprint is one-third less than traditional air flotation.

5. Low operating costs: high degree of automation, precise chemical dosage, precise configuration of dosing system, and a 30% reduction in dosage of chemicals.

This project adopts a combination of fixed bioreactor and post air flotation process, effectively replacing the traditional process of secondary sedimentation tank. The advantages of this process are obvious:

1. The separation efficiency of sludge and water is high.

2. The surface load reaches 8 * 30m/h.

3. Occupying 1/20 of the traditional secondary sedimentation tank.

4. Flexible installation and short usage time.

5. Compared with traditional concrete secondary sedimentation tanks, it has the advantages of small footprint, short construction period, and low cost.
